Villa Artemi
Villa Artemi can accommodate up to 8 visitors in a comfortable, modern environment which is harmonically combined with the coastal view. The residence is built on a beautiful garden with trees and a shared 30 m2 swimming pool. It is located only 30m away from the local beach. The fully equipped 152m2 house includes 4 bedrooms, each of them with its own shower, while the balconies offer a fantastic view at the Cretan Sea. All the indoors spaces have air-conditioning and broad Wi-Fi connection.
The ground floor contains:
A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, full sets of cooking utensils and cutlery. A comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, as well as a dining room. In addition, there is a washing machine with a clothes iron and an ironing board.
The first floor contains:
Two bedrooms with twin beds, individual showers and closets. From the balconies you can enjoy a view at the Cretan Sea.
On the attic :
There are two bedrooms, from which one with a twin bed and a shower and one with two single beds and a shower.
